Foot Mercato reports that PSG, champions of Frances’s first division, has been offered a deal to buy Nicolas Pepe, bringing him back into the French top flight. According to French news outlet Foot Mercato, Arsenal striker Nicolas Pepe has been offered a move to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) before the summer transfer window. Arsenal striker Nicolas Pepe has two years remaining on his contract at Arsenal, but the sides have accepted the transfer has failed.

As such, it has been reported recently that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is willing to let Arsenal reduce their losses in forwarding Nicolas Pepe by allowing him to leave the club this summer. Neymar signed a new deal with the club last year, which has three years remaining, but PSG hopes to sell this summer. Mbappe had been offered a move to Atletico Madrid in free agency this summer but instead signed a new three-year contract at PSG. Some months ago, Lionel Messi turned down Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City, but Barca said financial constraints prevented Barca from renewing his contract.

It is arguable PSG may move for Nkunku to replace Kylian Mbappe should he depart this summer, so Madrid’s side can weigh a large-money transfer offer for the Leipzig star. Having Salah in the first two to three seasons at Salah’s peak would bolster La Ligas juggernaut and show Kylian Mbappe what he could accomplish there once his current contract with PSG ends. Carlo Ancelotti is understood to be a fan of Serge Gnabrys explosive playing style, and Real would not be shy about offering the ex-Arsenal striker a massive pay increase, one that would come in considerably lower than the one that Kylian Mbappe will command. Neymar’s hefty wages, costing PSG an estimated EUR35m per year, could prove to be a sticking point should any interested clubs step up to make a bid, but Chelsea has long had an interest in Neymar.

Media reports have quoted the price as being as much as $80m, or potentially more, which would make it difficult for clubs such as Bayern Munich, Spurs, Barcelona, Arsenal and Manchester United, who are all said to have been quietly interested. Arsenal was offered a chance to purchase the World Cup-winning player for a reported $30 million, and Man United is ready with a move for one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s leading transfer targets. According to reports, Barcelona set the price at PS17m for Memphis Depay to be sold to Arsenal. According to reports, Arsenal is offering PSG a chance to sign striker Nicolas Pepe in the next transfer window. Memphis Depay has only one year left on his contract, and as Barcelona tries to balance their finances, it will be fascinating to see what happens.
