Box-to-box midfielder
Romain Faivre is a proper box-to-box midfielder but has played majorly on the right side. He likes to run with the ball and his progressive runs show that most of them were made from the right. The Frenchman averaged 3.6 progressive runs per 90 minutes and completed 43% of his dribbles.
Making these runs down the flank and the middle has allowed the player to win fouls for his team. Faivre has been on the end of tackles and won 2.7 fouls per 90 minutes. Most of these fouls have been won in dangerous crossing areas.

Improvement in scoring rate
The former French U-21 international is not a regular goal-scorer. However, he can chip in with a few goals and those can turn out to be match winners.
